Common Agriculture Manufacturing Services

Plastic Injection Molding

We offer a rapid service to make injection molding tools and dies from NAK80, P20 and H13 tool steels. All of our plastic resin is verified by our world-class incoming material testing lab. You can be assured of receiving non-toxic, food grade, high-temperature plastics for food storage, measurement, drug dispensing, chemical analysis, sterilization and other critical applications.

CNC Machining

Precision multi-axis CNC machining is a fast and accurate way to make engineered, full-strength parts in metal or plastic without the need for hard tooling. With no MOQ, your new prototype solutions can be ready for testing in a matter of days once your CAD files have been approved.

Polyurethane Vacuum Casting

We are experts at making production-quality vacuum cast prototypes from pourable resins that mimic the quality of plastic injection molded parts. These resin copies are ideal for verifying new designs and bringing products to market fast and with minimal investment. Ideal for housings, fluid reservoirs, dispensers and other vessels.

Pressure Die Casting

High-pressure metal die casting is used to make thousands or even hundreds of thousands of quality parts from aluminum, magnesium or zinc. Cast parts are ideal for light fixture housings and to make durable, corrosion-resistant cases to protect delicate electronics in harsh environments.
